Sunday ruck



 Pretty slow but decent. So nice and crisp out, much easier to keep pushing the pace, even a slow one
Got started later for the first time ever but it was going to stay cold so it really didn't matter. Needed the sleep more

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
