Thursday Ruck

 Solid one! Legs loose and strong, lungs as well and absolutely no shin problems. Finally. Good pace too. Always easier when it's cool out

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
