Work Capacity

Work Capacity : Being able to produce large amounts of force over an extended period of time with minimal fatigue and quick recovery.

185 x 1 x 9, 16 kg swing vo2 30 x 8, band pushdowns 3 x 12, 1 x 8

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
