Well this is what I get for training the will. My legs are COOKED! Fried, died and layed aside. Could barely walk today. It was those heavy 88's I did I think. Havent done low rep heavy swings in a long time. Plus this was just a tough, but good week, training wise. time to train lighter for a week or so.
This just really shows me that what my legs need is strength endurance, not high tension.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

So you NUKED the legs, huh?
Doesn't it feel kind of good to have that deep soreness that only comes from lifting heavier weights?
actually franz, no. I got plenty of that for so many years with bodybuilding and powerlifting. whats I've realized is that I have to keep my legs loose or they lock up so much I cant walk.
remember, my left knee only bends 95 deg so the hammy and IT band are always tight.I need the endurance but not the tension or DOMS>Heavy isnt better for me anymore.
