210 x 1, 205 x 1 x 4, laterals rear delts pushdowns

 Great day! THE SHOULDER FELT NORMAL! Unbelievable. This one had me worried. Made the lower bar rack adjustment and everything was strong. No clunking, plus realizing the low(er) rack position is important.
