195 x 1 x 8, 225 x miss x 2, 205 x 1, 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 45, 40

 This went great and I damn near made 225 on a second attempt at the end. This is going to work

Wasted a few warmup sets with false grip till I realized I have to wrap the thumb to push  the bar back over my head enough

And also realized the HIGHER I rack the back on my collarbone the higher off the pins it starts and this important





 FIRST TIME EVER  taking a 195 -225 lb jump and it felt fine, literally the same as 195 I just needed more power at the start

BW 176 at noon

 This went ok. Right side was not locking out as well as I wanted but overall good. Got to back off though and work on HOLDING at the start ...
