Thursday Heat Ruck



 A very  good one today. Hot ( 82) but with a slight  breeze and it didn't get to me at all

Nothing did. Despite being up since 2 am (dog stuff) I felt really ready to go at 12:30 and legs felt light and loose from the start

First laps were 8:30 - 8:20 then they started speeding up! Last laps was around 8:00

51 min or so

stop each 1/2 mile to check time etc

Super  hot and walked right into cold shower right after. First time just all in. Really getting to like it when I'm his hot
