Sunday Ruck Fast



 Best sunday ruck I've had in a long time. Got off to an earlier start ( 6:30) and it was perfectly cool, crisp with a great breeze and overcast

Just my favorite conditions

And my legs felt loose and fast right from the start

No idea why. Plus when I got up my glutes and hammies were sore from yesterdays swings which is rare.

Must have been the faster pace

18:13 per mile pace 

so not blazing fast but very decent, it's been 2 min miles of late so I'll take this, Plus perceived exertion was very  low
