Strong ruck

 



Things are turning around. All over. the  temperature was sweet, around 75, with a light breeze and clean air.
Slept well and felt good. All systems go.
Glad the air cleared up as i didn't want to miss another ruck

Was really good too. No calf problems either. Just a few minutes with super nova and basic calf stretches helped
Wore my coyote GoRuck MacV1 . They felt great, no big toe nail issues either. Really liking the big toebox for these now and they make the salomons feel narrow

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
