Pretty stiff in the shoulders from Monday's max effort work so it took 5 work sets to get the juices flowing and get the bar moving as fast as I want it
Wore my Innov8 fast lifts and they worked great. How ironic, back to square one with shoes, lol
Definitely lets me lay back more with less balance issues.
