Thursday ruck

Really good one. Just five laps but the weather was cool and crisp, my legs loose and my lungs open. Plus, I wasn't hungry lol

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
