Sunday Ruck

A wee bit too much wine last night but the ruck walked it off :)

Decent time pace and feel. All systems were go after some strong coffee and an aspirin

Thursday ruck

 Another decently strong one. Cool weather again and that helps.. Calves were tight, the only thing slowing me down 45 lb ruck 6 laps 3 mile...
