Thursday and Sunday Ruck post

Forgot to record Thursday's ruck which did happen :)

A really good one just started late so I had to cut it short a bit. Was feeling a bit under the weather and didn't want to push it anyway.

was super strong til last 2 laps which were medium hard . Overall speed very good legs feel really good as well as hip
Not sure but it seems not doing so many squat stretches is helping. Still getting in my squat position just not so much during the ruck

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
