40 kg One arm swing 10x8/8, wt pushups, laterals
This went really well despite the hard snatching just two days ago. Change back to standard time was helpful too, I freakin hate daylight saving time! always have. when you get up at 3:30 in the morning everyday for years you can really tell the difference. Standard time IS the right time. DST is freakin late night, not early morning!
Was easier to get up mentally today too.
