Sunday Ruck

Not bad just not easy. Legs were tight tired and sore from the pistols, I guess
still all 12 laps and a decent time, Just not easy

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
