Forgot to blog this Thursday, It's now Saturday
This was a later than normal start so it was hotter than normal. Everything was good though. legs still on cruise control. Loose and fast! But it turned out to be 93 or so so it was tough. But good news was that my heat conditioning is solid. No real problem
