More ruck goodness
This went super well. Hot day but it didn't bother me at all. Legs were fast and loose from the start and stayed that way. Gait felt "on" and calves and feet were fine as well. Could it really be that just using a low top shoe fixed all this?
Feeling like I'm in the best heat shape I've been in in quite awhile. Better than the end of last summer and it's just mid July.
Plus I'm a bit heavier too. Very pleased
