20 kg Speed swings 12 min 10 RPA,135 lb Press practice( vibrams), walking lunges



Short and weird one today. Worked late and got a late start. Not too bad but distracted the whole time

135 x 3 ok lockout seems to be smoother
switch to oly heels

back to vibrams

switch back to thumbed grip
115 x 3 this feels right( er)
135 x 2 vibrams and thumb
 this is better.

also used the old " lat launch" internal bounce.. Gotta have SOME trigger, some way to activate a stretch reflex. Every other lift has it.Whether I hip drive, or lay back  or  trigger grip something has to initiate!
Now just have to adjust rack height better
