"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

24 kg speed swings,12 min,walking lunges,parallel pushups, rear delts
Just an easy 12 minutes on the schedule and it turned out to be. Today's goal was not to look at the clock as long as possible. Just do the ritual, set up , breath and go. Worked great. Didn't have to double breath until just a few reps at the very end and only at the top of the rep, not the hole. My head was in the game today and the focus was good
Was able to really maintain a high power output the whole time. This is a good sign my conditioning is improving. Having the right focus in so important
