Restoring Lost Physical Function trailer



The trailer for my DVD set.Z is great but don't think I'm giving up my roller!Its been such a great year and it keeps getting better!

wow, that chunky bar you're rolling on looks like torture...at least for my brush tailbone. Looking forward to seeing more!

yeah, you dont want to roll over the bony structures.soft tissue only.

I love my roller as well, Rif. I also just got a Myo-Ball, same closed cell foam, less surface area=even more pain...in a good way!

yeah I use a 4 inch med ball for the piriformis and deep hip rotators. works better for the small surface than the roller. Have to try out those new ones.

good stuff though I prefer the myo balls for the piriformis and deep hip work.
