I sent the training protocol that Rob L. drew up for me to info@giryastrength. SO sorry it took awhile brother I have been crazy busy. You motivate me to sit still and hammer out some cyber-notes as I know you carry all the same responisibilities I do and many more. Cheers man. Love the 800lb bench that was insane.
