205 x 1,210 x X x 2, 200 x 1 x 3 ,parallete pushups 35, 30, 20, rev band curls 3 x 15

 All up to  210, then not enough speed off chest. 205 was solid though  so there's that 171.0 9.7 ! 60.8 12 noon
