Nothing goes with heavy weights than heavy musics. If this compilation doesnt make you want to train hard you are dead.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Well then good news, I'm not dead!
Cool compilation man, I have a lot of respect for Oly folks, Shane Hammon is my favorite to watch.
From certain angles we look like twin brothers, so much that I let my family think that there was a picture of me on ironmind.com in the middle of a 500lb ( guesstimate ) C&J. Of course I told them the truth after a few hours but it was funny.
Of course I can only C&J like 140 lbs a couple of times. LOL
Very cool compilation, Rif. What music is playing? Can't say my new age music would get me pumped for Oly lifts, that's for sure.
Pete that is Rammstein, a german band.
Awesome find Rif. That is a great cover by them. The original video is good too, with old school olympics footage.
thanks Michael, I really love OL and spent many years around some elite level guys when I had my gym. one of the sports I would have loved to do had I had some decent joints.always impressed by them.
so royce you look like shane eh? not a bad guy to be confused for. hell of a nice guy( like you) as well.
youv'e met him? once again I envy you dude...LOL.
I saw an interview with him ( or documenatry I forget wich ) he seemed really laid back.
Thanks for the compliment too man, I appreciate it.
oh yeah, saw him squat 970 like an empty freakin bar! I've meet most of the great power gods and seen most of them compete as well.
