Ron 'Lionheart' Palmer

And they say there are no deep squats in the WPO!At least the first one. But this is textbook power squatting.The first squat is 705 and the second is 804!He weighed in at 179.

freaking unbelievable! I cannot imagine putting that much weight on my body, WOW!

I'll tell you Franz, I actually could, especially if I was built like him! The more I powerlifted the more I came to realize that it was never 'weight'that I experienced under a heavy bar, just 'pressure'. the more pressure you got used to the more youcould get used to.
