"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."
This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with 95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...

I remeber not long ago when Bodybuilding mags litterd my apartment, 6 lb. jugs of Whey were all over the kitchen, and I dreamed of big pecs and hangin' hams. now, I respect that trade, but know that it is not for me. Nice mustahce!
Buffed out and ripped for sure! I must you give you props Mark, when you get into something, YOU DO IT 100%!
You were such a good looking guy. What the hell happened? (just kidding)
Really nice proportions...I always thought Frank Zane (back in the day) had the ideal build. Tommy Kono in the earlier generation also. Your results were along those same lines...still athletic.
Bodybuilding seems to have lost its aesthetic bearings in favor of freakazoid size and vascularity.
RH
Randy you are totally right and appearantly there is a backlash from it too as the Mr O is loosing sponsers and America is having a functional fitness resurgance.
Ya' know what pisses me off Ronnie Coleman is a cop, yet he uses more illegal drugs than a comune of hippies.
Rif I still like the photos man, I know BB is, as you said, so none functional. But it does look cool!!
Will, the mustache was the first to go when I met tracy, she hated it!LOL!I also repsect all that work but it is a weird lifestyle, I'll say that.
thanks franz, and that is true, I have an on and off switch; nothing in the middle. that's why my current state of decrepitude is so hard to deal with.
thanks randy, its nothing that 20 years younger and long hari wouldnt fix, lol. I trained for symmetry as I knew I would never be a big guy. I did want to get as big as possible though.
the freakazoid size is a direct result of all the freaky drugs tey take now, as well as so much reliance on machine training.
damn, forgot to sign in again, lol.
One word....."stud"
LOL
You have defintely been there and done that Rif.
