35 lb Ruck 5 miles in 1:17:50

 This was good. Started the clock after the two block walk to the park (.2 ) and things started off fast. At least faster than last week

Nice and frosty out too just how I like it( 46 deg) still in shorts and t shirt. once it drops under 40 time for long pants

Do need gloves though as hand Reynauds looks like it's acting up. No biggie

32 kg Swings 40 x 5 in 40 min, 40 kg belt squats 5 x 10, left leg split squats 3 x 10

  This went well although a bit creaky. Wanted to make sure I ended up with 40 min not 35 and got it done. Almost harder 167.6 10.8 ( bath)
