35 LB 3 MILE RUCK PR! 44:43 14.53 ave!

 Unreal this went SO WELL. So strong

Switching the watch function to current pace made all the difference as did 1:18 min of deep sleep

Also, wore the OTB boots and used the XOSKIN compression shorts for the first time ( really don't know why haven't done this early but it was great!

32 kg Swings 40 x 5 in 40 min, 40 kg belt squats 5 x 10, left leg split squats 3 x 10

  This went well although a bit creaky. Wanted to make sure I ended up with 40 min not 35 and got it done. Almost harder 167.6 10.8 ( bath)
