More tight shin ruck

 Started off really well then anterior tib tightened up again three laps in. Made it through all six laps but not sure why the calf is tightening
Most probable suspect is barefoot pressing on Wednesday but I should be more used to that by now
Wore my MACV-1 coyote boots which should have been fine but something's up

Next week will stretch calves prior to ruck
Will test out macv-1s on Sunday and see how that goes
