De Load 20kg Speed Swings 30 x 8, 107 lb press 10 x 3, walking lunges, laterals

Pretty beat up definitely and was looking for some lighter work. this was perfect

high effort was just from tired, tight muscles. Energy was low too

this was pretty easy but I definitely dialed back the power. about 80% power.

did not find a groove on this. wore the lower heeled adidas and it's a definite no for presses now

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
