170 lb press 4x5, 2x3,44 kg belt squats, floor pushups,laterals



Pretty flat today for the workout and I only hoped for 3x5 and 2x4 so I can't be upset with this workout but it was DAMN CLOSE to all five sets. The fourth set of 5 was strong and the first three sets of the fifth set were ok but I was getting leg/hip tired fast and they didn't hold.

The good news was that I almost got it on a so-so day.

I even felt good on the last set of 3 and thought I still might pull off a five but just shot

growing like a weed. Mainly upper body. body fat has pretty much stayed the same for last 7 pounds
