5 lap ruck

got a late start and have been CNS fatigued so I wasn't even going to go, just take a rest day. But tracy was there to go so I did a short one. felt better after

Hot as hell though but didn't bother me too much; must be starting to get in shape

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
