20 kg speed swings 40 sets,127 press practice 5x5, walking lunges, laterals
Swings were hard today. Back to heat again and it always takes me a bit to transform into sweat mode. fan back on and lots of heat. Just a bit distracted and still a bit tired but it got done. And strongly it just took some effort
