Shorter Ruck



Had a rare business meeting this morning early so I cut the ruck short by two laps.Things felt great though..10 laps in the ruck is the same as 8 reps in the swing, that sweet spot for effort and energy.

Cool ( actually cool, not just 'not warm' and overcast. Just how I like it!

BF 14.3 !! crazy
W 55 % also crazy as it wasn't hot yesterday AND I focused on hydrating. Strange. But again I feel lean and hard so .....
