Strong Steady State Ruck
Better than expected. Legs loose, lungs opened pretty quickly. Nice cool overcast morning, and that is so refreshing.
Back was good too. Again, better than expected. I was ready for a struggle after Thursday

not crazy faster than the rest of them. A solid time with more than a few stops to chat with regulars for a few seconds and shake out the legs
After StrongEndurance course I'm not so driven to push the HR up to super high levels.
