Strong Steady state Ruck
Very quick today. Did the six laps with almost 11 minutes to spare. That's definitely a record. And it wasn't that hard. Really helped too that it's cooling off, I don't waste so much energy cooling my core
Glutes were a little tight but it didn't seem to keep the legs from moving fast. Lungs ok too
