"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Nice photo, Mark
You're looking very trim.
What are the field conditions like? dry or mucky? Recommendations for outer wear much appreciated.
see ya next week.

thanks although 'trim' is not the desired result for men, lol. it's wet and soggy and conditions changed frequently yesterday. bring warm and wet weather clothes.
thanks mark,
sorry on trim - didn't know - perhaps channeling the inner engineer too much. Trim is well fighting fit, lean and wiry strong - no excess. kinda a bit freaky energy/power.
does that help? no?
i'm sorry i'll just quit then.
drat about the field, but not a surprise for time of year, i guess.
thanks for the packing council.
