Thursday Ruck



Late posting but a good, actually great, ruck

 For some reason I felt good. Legs loose, lungs open fast pace from the start. back good too

I did one lap and took about 15-30 secs to shake out and time each lap and it was great

3 miles in 50 min.

Didn't sleep well. Pretty  tired going win but things warmed up  Most I've pressed in a long time  gonna stay here for awhile though...
