Sunday Ruck



 Tough one.  Pushed the pace the whole time although legs were pretty tired from yesterdays heavy swings. Nothing hurt or tweaked just 'used', so it felt like a slog even though the pace was decent.
Hot and humid never helps but it's part of the training so I pushed through. First hour was strong, second hour was a slog

Gait technique feels good; back to the 'chi' running forward lean more than I have been and it definitely helps keep speed up.
