32 kg Speed swings, pistol practice laterals



Strong session. decided to up the sets as I was feeling good and it will be a good transition from 100 reps  last week to 200 reps next week with the 44. Felt great and light as it was and should be

20 kg  5/5
24 kg x 4/4
32 kg x 10 x 16 sets

happy with the easy reps not happy with the depth on either side but especially the right. Have to focus on this more, getting complacent

3 x 10 with 20's
bent laterals
 3 x10 with 25

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
