Solid one today. 16 min not that bad. Power output stayed high and I purposely didn't look at the clock for minutes at a time.
First time looked up it was 8 min and change. that was hard as I still had the same amount to go!
then didnt see it again until 14 min and that helped
Groove felt good but upper back and shoulders a bit tired. That made it harder to get warm but all in all a strong workout
