Thursday Ruck



It's Friday and just getting to the report of the ruck

Pretty normal ruck, hard and boring lol
Thursday ruck could be the hardest workout of the week. I'm tired from the accumulation of training for the last 5 days, hungry and  ready to be done for the day.

It's always a test of character and discipline.
And i get it done.
