24 kg speed swings 20 min, walking lunges, parallel pushups, rear laterals
this video is from last june but today's workout was about the same. I jumped from 16 min last week to 20 this week but it was no problem Interesting that last june I did the workout alone too. A different vibe for sure. It's all about mental prep for this one anyway.
I was really relaxed for the first half, and actually switched bells for the second ten minutes and felt good. Like I used to do for my snatch vo2 training
XOSKIN compression pants are absolutely perfect for this workout. Good support and really helps with the sweat problem.
I suffered today but I was still in control.Power output was decent the whole way through

shorter strides and slower REALLY lit the quads up which were still sore from the high reps belt squats on Monday
