24 kg Speed Swings 16 min,walking lunges,parallel pushups, side laterals

Strong one today. Didn't hurt it wasn't 90 degrees either :)
Even though I didn't sleep well I felt fine and energy was good.  Mind was good too and that's really everything
Back to the groove too of speed swings for distance rather than snatches. I never thought I'd say this but I prefer them now; I get to go heavy, safely and get the conditioning. My overhead's just not right and getting into it ballistically anymore for any kind of reps really doesn't make sense

The barbell press will have to suffice

no problem, lungs good and legs strong

Parallel bar pushups

strong also. creatine  works :)

Side laterals

weird same bf and w #'s as the day before but .6 ligher ?
