Light Ruck

Legs were feeling it today on this light short ruck. Yesterdays' 20 min set took a little out of me so it wasn't the fastest ruck today but it got done

40 lb ruck
6 laps
55 minutes
3rd lap = 8:10
6th lap= 7:58

Getting warm out already.close to 80 today. Not heat adapted yet, lol

I believe in the 80/20 rule. you know, where 80% of all reward comes from 20% of the effort? Well, I believe your blog is that 20%. I've added you to the list of sites that I frequent. Thank you for the in depth and detailed blog posts. Not many people are willing to do that anymore.

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
