36 kg swings 13 x 5/5 in 21 min, 36 kg belt squat 3 x10,pistols 5,6,7( supported) Press 115 x1 x4, 120 x 1 x 4

 This went great. Went back to really focusing on locking into the standing plank and keeping shoulder tension to try to maximize bell heigh...
