 Have to say it was a good day

Only used One Cue: "take it off with the chest" and everything else just fell into place







swings were much better. I go you go style with nick. no clock made sure to use my heavy  bell form too

 This was weird. Purposely went slow first mile but the watch said 15:54! Did not feel that slow, Current pace showed like 15:30  Then 14:59...
