48 lb Ruck

 Eight weeks in for the beard


Not bad at all. Cool and overcast with a slight drizzle. Literally perfect rucking weather. 50 degrees. Body was fine from yesterday.
A full two hour ruck with lots of little rest pauses to loosen the legs up. Things were ok but a bit tight from yesterday's heavy loading but symmetrically fine,

  This was strong and steady. NO heavy leg work after, we'll see if it helps the ruck tomorrow 166.8 11.2
