44 kg One Arm Swings 10x6/6, Pistol Practice, Wt Pushups,Laterals



FINALLY feeling human again. Sound bad but feel great. Energy back and body aches gone. Still have a cough but nowhere near as bad. Nowhere near.

Still cut the reps back from 8 to 6's as I didn't know how it would go, but the power and speed were excellent and my body felt great

Pistol Practice
Great breakthrough today. By alternating legs reps I had Zero Rec fem cramping AND I could get depth on right side. All of a sudden, and just like that. Just crazy
Felt much better balance
This will lead me to a full bodyweight unassisted pistol one day I can feel it
