Strong Ruck

Surprisingly strong day today considering how freakin' heavy yesterday was. But I did take my adaptogens and creatine and that definitely helped could feel that. So that stays in

Legs started off a bit tight but loosened up pretty well. Speed was decent. No timed laps but overall was good and didn't need extra rest stops like last week.

Feet and boots were fine. I've spent extra time on bodymaintenance and it's helped for sure
