Thursday Ruck

Forgot to post this. just a very standard ruck walk.  everything solid and strong. Didn't time laps just a steady pace all through, probably 8 min laps or so

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
