24 kg Speed swings 10 min, sandbag walking lunges,parallel pushups, side delts
Last kb workout before Sat test and it couldn't have gone better. 20 sets of 10 in 15:15 and each set was strong powerful and fast. Lungs were great, no double breathing and mind set was solid.
I feel confident. Of course anything can happen but I don't think I could be more prepared.

when I got to the five minute mark I was thinking "man, the test will be over by now and I feel fine". Of course the bell will be much heavier but it felt good to feel that!
Sand bag lunges

this also was as strong as ever, slow deep steps and no cardio issues
Parallel bar pushups
2 sets of 25
1 set of 20
could have done the last five but didn't want to push
side delts
3 sets of 10 with 15 lbs
